Managed by the Pittsburgh Filmmakers, the Harris Theater is a wonderfully restored historic movie theater that now shows an amazing lineup of foreign, independent and award-winning films. The 200-seat theater was the first place in Pittsburgh to show art movies, and today the cinema caries on this tradition under the ownership of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust. Set close to Benedum Center for the Performing Arts, the theater's downtown location has made it a hit with locals and out-of-towners alike.
